Gillian Shippey is a yoga teacher who has been practicing for eleven years and teaching since 2000. She has taught a wide spectrum of groups and individuals from professional dancers to complete beginners, yet her work always focuses on moving more deeply into the body with awareness, sensitivity and the breath in order to experience the truth of who you are. By combining flowing sequences (vinyasa) with static postures (asana), breath awareness (pranayama) and stillness (meditation), one can begin to enjoy the feeling tone of their own body and relax deeply into the flow of life.
